Be There With You

I wanted to be there
For you.
I wanted to tell you
You’d be fine,
But that won’t do.

I couldn’t be there
For you,
I wasn’t able to tell you
You’d be fine.
I don’t know what to do.

I wanted to stay by your side,
Even when the last moment came.
If I can’t live without you,
Then I don’t want to live at all,
Why can’t it be the same?

I couldn’t be there by your side,
Even when your last moment came,
I can’t stand life without you,
I don’t want to live at all,
It seems I forgot that name.

I wanted to be there,
When you needed me.
I don’t know if I,
Can continue without you,
I want you to be.

I couldn’t be there,
When you needed me.
I can’t continue,
Without you.
I’ll see…
You…
Soon…
