Be the Crytalline You

Our ancestors came to our shores.
To be free and make more of themselves..
For a free paycheck, was not it!
But to share talents and raise families.
more than fit!

Look at the border, you will pay for all,
Sneaking into a country, their loss is.
Wearing BIDEN T-Shirts. Smiling?
Let ‘Saint Hunter’or Congress foot the
bill!
As inflation and taxes go thru the roof.
While you pay, yes you, will be charged
for that bill!

On top of this, we are insulted for all we do.
I mean we who WORK and pay our own way.
We must hush now and let looters have
their violent say?
Barely can we walk our streets.
Criminals kill police, it's their bloody treat.

Mask-O-Rama and Fear-O-Rama is now the daily weather.
It is time for me, to be fearless in mentioning this.
Hiding behind a Thesaurus, brings this poet.... and
not an minute of bliss.

I speak for unborn poems, not yet writ!!
Those that call out your courage, great...and in that
creative mind of yours sit?
Yes, and I love poetry charming and full of sparkling wit!

I agree, poetry takes passion. It can't be always safe, predictable in substance and form. A poet needs to be brave, stepping away from tradition when applicable -- and if true to one's soul, the need and desire for self determination, which God instilled in His Man, must be exercised daily -- if not, man is alienated from his core essence.

Prince de Mino, Greetings I get bored to death with predictable stuff. When I write from my soul, I honestly feel it gets an automatic stamp. MEMORIES, ROMANCE, I want the poem commented on. Ugh.love your comment. It comes right from your soul. Labeling poems takes no mind..nothing from the other Poets. I feel I actually know you. For me, that is pure joy)) I am not here to make short comments. Man must extend himself. Yes, aware that the RUSh to make it to the top of the comments here is valued more than a full comment. Especially one word comments. Insiped, meaningless as a sneeze! Even one sentence is better. We all value our time. Am I wrong? I tried that and I feel empty. Really. Stay real. Please? Pangie XXOO

We were brought up to respect authority and each other, we worked hard for what we had, nowadays some just take what they want without getting off their fat buts. Same here in the uk and now South Africa is up in flames. Tom

Righto, Tom. There was a right and a wrong. Period, end of story, in SF, hoodlums just go in stores and help themselves. Be sure not to go there.sorry to hear, the same going on in the UK. I briefly heard about SOUTH AFRICA. OMG. We still have cities burning and rack weekend. hundreds get shot. Some dies, especially kids under 12" heartbreaking. These are the cities with the most gun control. Pangie XXOO
