Be Thankful Too

When those abominable moments in our lives arrive, my loving friend 
 
And with indignation our voices to heavens, in protest, we wish to raise
       
Have to remember, the instances when happiness our companion was 
 
But we failed skywards, our eyes to turn to, for our dear Lord to praise!
