Be Free

Why be content to live a mediocre life Don't stifle yourself Always pleasing others in the end, we have only ourselves Rushing, here and there Some are afraid to look within So content, or so it seems. with what life has presented them But life didn't hand it on a silver platter It was chosen We make the decisions on our course In the morning, off to work Are you happy Fullfilled Do you say yes When you really long to scream no Are you the abiding child Is your spouse your true love Is it easier to just go through the motions of life Instead of being faithful to you One life we have To be true to ourselves Who we really are Look deep, very deep within Find the soul that longs to live in a world you can call your own Learn about you Be free
