your worrying will not change the outcome
so take a deep breath and another
renew your strength
prepare to deal with whatever happens
rebuild your bridge to the future
be bold be brave be strong
you've been through worse
and life did get better
you have nothing to fear
you are a survivor you are a fighter
and no thing or no one can crush you
dare rise to the challenge
