Be An Overcomer

BE AN OVERCOMER Be an overcomer, be not overcome! It’s time to live in victory, not the time to run. Christ has won the victory on the cross for you, You can let Him help you, but He won’t force you to. Satan is a liar, wants you with him to run, That his way is better and you’ll have more fun. But he never shows you all the grief and tears And the consequences of the wasted years. You will be in bondage, thinking you were free Doing all you wanted, living “just for me.” Then the end’s eternal in a place called hell If you choose to follow all he has to tell. But Jesus promised peace here in this troubled land And you’ll know His presence as He holds your hand. He won every victory over Satan’s lures, He can also help you, keep you clean and pure. Be an overcomer! It is now your choice “Greater is He in you!” Listen to His voice!
