Be a Tree

No Tree is possessive of its own fruit When ripe, tree lets it go If plucked, it doesn't stop It weathers all weathers till it looses life to calamity or deforestation No human should be possessive of Knowledge Knowledge is akin to fruit of one's effort Let it go, share fully, half-way is unlike tree Absorb criticism see good in it Nurse quest, gain wisdom Serve humanity, till life departs ___________ © Dr Hitendra Mehta, India
