Be a Better You

A birdy once told me to
B e brave and
C ourageous in my endeavors
D o not place blame on others
E ven when you don’t wish to
F athom the responsibility of your crime
G oodness will always prevail and
H atred has no place
I n this world we reside in
J ealousy leaves you insecure and
K eeps you trapped in self-loathing
L ove yourself and keep
M otivated by all things
N eeding your contemplation and
O bservation to be a better you
P ractice what you preach and
Q uit at nothing
R ise above all negativism and
S urround yourself with
T hose who will adore you
U nderstand that you are not perfect
V anity is a sin
W allow not in sorrow and leave no
E xcuses for your actions
Y earn to be a better you
Z ealous and joyful you can be
