Bats

The bats are out, they're flying about
and grabbing their grub on the wing
I know its absurd, but if they were a bird
they would whistle or twitter or sing
but bats can be scary
they're black and they're hairy
and only come out in the night
they flutter around with hardly a sound
and give lots of people a fright
