Barren
One more time to say hello
To see the smile in your eyes
Recognise the love you bestowed
One more second
in your arms
feel that gentle pull
nothing fills the void
how deep this crevice goes
where no light ever glows
time devours every image
sound distorts your voice
trying not to remember
if i only had a choice
just once more to say hello
