Barnyard Reveries

Bull bawling with hope For the new dawn’s feeding trough Calling for kindness ~ Hay, yellow and dry Covers the barn floor with hope For fresh times within ~ Chickens pecking dust Crowing echoes in the morn Through signs of the sun ~ Pigs oink in their pen Craving the food that sustains Nourishing their dreams ~ Cow pouring white milk While the calf longs for the tit Butter and cheese thoughts

Hi Caren... I'm from the Western NC mountains but live on a small hobby farm there. We milk a cow, gather eggs, etc. etc. It's such fun and I really love this country life. Love to you and blessings too!!!
