Ban These Words
There are some words of our language
no one should definitely ever hear
banned they should be for eternity
in any book they should be given a tear
Don't give up repeat don't give up!
always be obedient to this call
drum it into your little grey cell
make sure in this you don't fall
Whatever your situation may be
remember tomorrow is a new day
wake up with a positive attitude
new opportunities may come your way
Be looking out to increase confidence
by driving that past failure to the bin
show yourself to rise to the tree top
not just a twig but a full trunk on a spin
Have your confidence in the Lord
who made mountains move by faith
believing on the word made flesh
you'll have abundant life as He saith
