Balmy Dawn

verdant slopes sparkle
create a silver valley
river snakes gently

Great imagery, Harry. It is cold outside and we might get snow in South Texas.

With the temperatures as cold as they have been the past few mornings, a balmy morning would be very appreciated. Good write.

Those snaking rivers have those negative ions that restore the body, emotion, and mind. Enjoyed reading your work. Still thinking about my work "Doomed". Sara

I can scene it all in my mind. Its beautiful when we are one with nature . The greatest gift God ever gave us was the gift of the eyes. How can one not appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. Sending you a cup of imaginary coffee this morning. Sip it slowly and think of He who gave you the eyes to see. Whats there not to love. xo

Top of hill view. After you replied, it has become even more beautiful. The image of flowing river, green sparkling hills. Too good. The very thought is so much joy giving. Thanks for writing such a beautiful haiku

It's Snakes Rama, when standing on top of the valley.. the river down below twists and turns like that of a snake..thanks for the comment
