Baldwin, Pennsylvania

This is a growing Pennsylvania community.
Just south of Pittsburgh, it’s in Allegheny County.
This town has been incorporated since 1950.
This is a place with a rather long and proud history.
Baldwin stretches north along Becks Run.
It is just south of South Side Flats and Arlington.
The population per square mile is rather dense.
Baldwin has just over twenty-thousand residents.
With a bright future, Baldwin is a town that grows.
This is a very proud place, and it shows.

Francine Roberts January 26, 2011 at 10:03 PM lovely travel ad for Baldwin, (p.s. according to the online dictionary both spellings are correct so I won't be changing mine, so many things are spelled differently by Canadians and Europeans than by Americans.

I Dream In Poetry January 26, 2011 at 8:56 PM Pennsylvania is a very beautiful state! I have been there many times. Have been through the Allegheny area. I would move to southern Pennsylvania in a heart beat. I enjoyed your poem, it was very nice!
