Baggage

I tried to be nice and polite
Last thing I'd do, pick up a fight
Just for today, be out of sight
Not a thing just seems to be right

I can take your dumb, stupid ways
But please stop stepping on my base
Stop making me part of your case
You run yours, I'd run my own race

You always see my brown as beige
Sick of being stuck on your own page
Enough about yours, mind my rage
I've had enough of your baggage

Hits where you right between the eyes, kabayan. You're one brave soul to write this piece. Love your quatrain. A 7 for your first piece. Welcome to Soup. It's a community of talented, caring people. Enjoy a cuppa each day... Kim :)

Thanks for reading my work, Tiffany. I really dunno but angst has always been my springboard and eventually has become my comfort zone in creating my quatrains.
