I was inspired by the contest themes Andrea and I wrote a few (not all posted yet), but I actually entered a water themed monoku 'Water View' for the contest. Thank you for your lovely comment dear friend. My warmest wishes to you and those you love for a happy, healthy and inspired new year.. ~Susan

Hi Susan...I presume this monkou was also inspired by the monoku3 contest. Not water, but fire this time round. Clever use of the all in one hearth/heart, and the message that it delivers. ~ Warm regards // paul

Yes Paul, this was inspired by the monoku 3 contest, I wrote a few actually (not posted yet).. it was a toss up between this and 'Water View' for the contest entry. I relish your wonderful comments and hold them dear, you inspire me always my friend.. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Ahhhhhhhhhh, so homey and you make an excellent point that is so very true. This one is much more 'grounded in reality' than mine, I truly like it, Susan. I looked this morn for new poems from you, glad I checked again tonight. Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Thank you so much lovely lady for your beautiful comments. It delights me that you enjoyed it.. I've been wondering all day if I should enter this one in the contest instead of my other monoku 'Water View'.. I could switch them.. what do you think? Hugs and love.. ~Susan
