Back In the City

I'm back to the streets I own
Back to the places I know
I'm back to the school where I learned
I learned to make a plant grow
Grow, grow that's what I did
Now an adult that started from a kid
I'm back to the city where I was born and bred
I'm back to the city my ambitions were fed
Back to the place I spread
Spread, spread joy throughout the bay
Back in the city where I plan to stay

I likkkkeeeessssss. That was very clever. I'm feeling the rhyme scheme you used. It flows very fluently from beginning to end.
