Babygurl

When we have time and friendship,
                               We need not prove anything.
Just because the world won't hear it
doesn't mean it's not special or it's not there.
                                   I know where I stand
I've held your hand and walked beside,
                                 never in front or behind.
For you I would move the world
Cuz I know, I know baby gurl
You never hesitate to do the same
If I were drenched, you'd stop the rain
If I were cold, you'd warm my blood
If I cried, you'd dry my tears
If I were alone, you'd show me love
This can't be mutual, If I don't too
So here's some of what I would do
When you dream, I'll help you fly
When you're in need, I'll hear your call
And If you can't stand, I'll catch your fall
As long as I'm here, don't say you're alone
I'll give you strength so don't ever give up
When you lose your grip, I've got two shoulders
And when the world leaves you, we still have us.
