Baby, You Make Me Blue
just one little moment, out of your day
a few seconds, not even that
something that would have taken away my gray
baby, you make me blue
just one little thought, just for me
a few words penned, auto posted
telling me you care, even if you don't
baby, you make me blue
it all piles up, like undone laundry
the hamper overflows, waiting for wash day
one brief line, two words, nothing more
baby, you make me blue
