Baby Talk
Whatever group-think
you adhere to
it’s always controlling your thoughts,
putting you in a mind jail.
Maybe you should consider
all the ways that can go wrong
when you drive drunk,
and what hill you’re willing
to die on?
You’re probably trying to gag
other people’s reality
while you only listen
to the loudest voice.
Deeper thinkers
will not recognize you
as an inquiring mind,
no, only a baby crying
in its crib.
