Baby Open Your Eyes

Hello, my big baby wake up
Open your sleepy eyes and see
Sow words to the silent winds
Say out your heart’s desires
Moment of breast diet is over
The molars of your teeth are out
Begin to bite and chew solids
Elongate ears, words are flying

Life is like dry banana leaves
Hold tightly, and you destroy
Hold loosely and it flies away
Sit down and floods drown all

The wind that blows dust in the eyes
The cock that crows before the sun wakes
And frogs that croak in swamps at night
Present to you volumes of proverbs of life
