Awed By Her Jazziness

She had a quirky jazziness that could not be denied.
We wanted to be with her, to watch her, maybe to be her.
None of us would admit it, but our wide eyes and open mouths did.

It's easy to be drawn to jazziness, much harder to carry off in oneself!

I used to be a lot more jazzy, not I settle for watching others put their jazz on.
