Awaken Fear

Awaken Fear Dark covered skies overcast tonight. It’s late out, footsteps on the streets, wind chasing through the trees. Everything seems so ordinary from this point of sight. Lost, are those shadows lurking endlessly like a tease. Shown love within the moments of sadness and pain. Clock ticking away, yet wishing time would stand still. Refrain from this mental madness that leaves us all slain. Victims to succumb to this repetitive bitter pill. Time after time deafening screams and tearful cries, from mothers awaken fear. No! Not my baby, this can’t be. Whispers of life’s hard reality shown to be fatally clear. When will this cycle end before we see? That everything will be lost within a blink of an eye. Until we decide to give love a try.
