Awaken

I see the branches and
They bend they
Sway
Ad I mirror them
Saying yes again in
A way that will end as
Obviously as
Opening King’s basement door.
They say a
Footstep into a creek
May get your socks wet
But is it worth it to
Feel the life beneath your skin
Oh so
Clearly
Freeze the moment in
Time and
Throw your head back,
Laughing
Water, dripping
Down my hair my
Back
Taste it.
