Awaiting Your Return
The green fields
Of summer
fields
Of joy
New found love
Ebbing so slowly
Turning from
Emerald green to
Golden brown's
Jubilee
Green fields gone
Now
Echoes song birds
joyous love
Be mindful
Her nature
Always on time
And unforgiving
So Open up my
Weeping willow
Embrace me
just once more
While tranquil
Waters
Golden pond
Forming icicle
shapes
Dancing reflections
As crying and dying
Leaves shiver
Wave goodbye
Until a new spring
Arrives ..
