Avadhuta Gita chapter 3, verse 8

“My child, I am not difficult to comprehend, nor am I hidden in consciousness. My child, I am not difficult to perceive, nor am I hidden in the perceptible. My child, I am not hidden in the forms immediately near me. I am the nectar of Knowledge, homogeneous Existence, like the sky.”

The substratum upon which all forms dance,
which we may call the womb of existence,
known to pure hearts, when erect is their stance,
is eternal light and our quintessence.
The truth is known on shedding resistance,
when on ceasing to size, we vaporise
and that God alone is, then realise.
