Avadhuta Gita chapter 2 verse 32
“He attains to the supreme, eternal Self, in whom exists no Veda, no initiation, no tonsure, no teacher, no disciple, no perfection of symbolic figures, no hand posture or anything else.”
Before we can walk, we begin with a crawl
and so we turn to religion and scripture
but when labours of our mind we choose to stall,
we then finally see the bigger picture.
Total thought cessation thus does hold the key,
for our capsuled consciousness to become free,
discarding every breathed conditioned belief,
giving our true being much needed relief.
