Autumn's Crown

Fallen leaves upon the ground, Luxuriously spread and interwound. Producing a carpet of bedecked Autumn Leaves, Displaying an image you can't believe. Rose Dust, Corn Silk, Ruby Red and Dark Green, Not forgetting Almond Brown, Orange that paint this scene, This array of colors found in New England towns, Come together and become Autumn's Crown.

what a vivid descriptive poem, the imager y is so beautiful, oh how I would love to see New England in the fall, it is one of our dreams to visit one day:-) hugs Jan xx

Oh how nice, Jan. I didn't know you could save other poems. I have been absent from Poetry Soup for the last few years. My husband was ill for three years and passed away in March. Just trying to get back into my poetry. I have missed very much. Thank you again for your responses.

Thank you, Jan and everyone should visit New England in some point of their life. If we have had enough rain in spring and summer, autumn will be beautiful. We lucked out this year because the colors are wonderful! Thank you again.
