Autumns Birth

Born on an autumn's day 

Blue skies and butterflies

Leaves falling to the ground  

Hold me under water 

Teach me how to pray

Then I'll be on my way

As I lay here in my grave

I thought it might be about earthworms until I came to the last line. This twist in short verse takes an educational turn. It is tough to think about our demise, but you bring it forward in a beautiful way that puts life in a natural perspective.
