Anne-Lise Andresen Poet Verse

- Autumn Silver Gloss Small Pearls -

Raindrops roll on my window
                                             like tears on a cheek
                                           The day is gray and wet
                                            but you are still beautiful
                                         Outside my window I have a
                                    rose bush with many raindrops on.
                                          Raindrops looks like many
                                           sliver gloss small pearls
                                           They can not be picked
                                              you get no bouquet                     
                                       A small spider web between
                                           some branches are also          
                                embellished with sliver gloss small pearls
                                    Yet there are two roses on my bush
                                         one for you and one for me
                                             The day gray and wet
                                               and autumn is here
                                             Still have my rose bush
                                          their beauty and ornaments
