Autumn Murder
Do they recall,
do they remember,
who I once was?
I wonder under the autumn sky,
though I see,
as they fall,
that time,
is passing me by.
I'm not afraid,
not this time.
I turn around,
and as I thought,
it is dead.
I did not commit murder.
It happened just like that.
Life went around,
behind my back,
grabbed the fallen one,
and stabbed my lonely heart.
