Autumn Haiku

AUTUMN
                                             shivered yellow sun
                                      struck by autumn demureness
                                             scurries to the west

Wow! This is another beautiful write! The imagery is fantastic! I can clearly see the young girls scurrying away like the autumn leaves... Warmest regards. Pandita

Autumn does try to pretend to be like summer, but the sun gives the game away! Love the last line! // paul

Village girls in India are very modest and shy. When some unknown visitor drops in they just hurry off but the situation is changing very fast since 90s. This fact was in my mind while wiring this poem. Thank you Paul for visiting. Love.RAJAT

What Andrea said. She is usually dead on. I totally agree. An excellent write.
