Autumn Felt

Autumn Felt

                       The memories dropped in him,
Filling every inch of his inner being,
Having nowhere to hold on to,
                      She drowned him in depression,
Sinking him in the deeper ends of the pain,
                            For he was too heavy,
Heavy to walk away from the regrets,
For his life was empty and full of agony
As autumn, the crisp falling air of mood
And the changing leaves of his emotions
Personified that he should gather himself up
And wait for the next season of mystery.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
