Autumn Eyes

Summer twilight lent to wither Our pastel sky now streaked with bitter Submerging a quiet sadness, a heavenly pain Never removing this wakeless restrain Colassal skies trickle red Unveil 'September endings' until the day we wed We carve our names and cement our love Praise our granted patience sent from above ...But roses bleed in essence ...& the stars glow less, failing in vengence ...Shadows reign my thoughts, purely sad and discontent ...Time dresses in distractions and we yearn for where it went (Going Back)- Together under a formation of stars In the light from above and any passing cars A dozen wishes for a range of things Carried so far by generous wings Alone with you two blushing hearts Time craves the traffic slicing air like darts Our hourglass so secretlyhollow, A soldier's farewell is desperation hard to swollow ...Rain drips less gently from those heavy clouds ...Autumn winds scream and tears decease below shrouds ...A silver glint sparks promises hovering ...Deminished is the point of living: To BE CONTINUED...
