In autumn, leaves show their true colors; personalities from God’s palette. Yellow, gold, red, browns and Vandyke orange; pigments bold. I press them in a book for deco-paging; natures art!

That's what I've heard re: Upstate NY; I've also heard it about Much of New England. Really I think one can find beauty in Autumn wherever they are. Thanks Matthew.

Deco-paging! I loved deco-paging. I have not thought of this for years, and these wonderfully-painted leaves are all over my yard, M.L. What a terrific idea! God does seem to out-do landscape painting in the fall!
