Autumn

Poet: Ken Jordan
Poem: Autumn
Edited by: Sparkle Jordan
written: October/2005

Soon,
the fading
sun
will crossover
the
earth's
equator,

before heading
south -

And
the
blue wind
will
shake,

and
awake
the cold cold
moon -

Signaling
the
Autumnal
Equinox -

A time
when night
and
day
are equally
the same
in
length -

Giving way
to
the beginning
of
autumn
in
the Northern
hemisphere -

And
the hummingbird's,
butterfly's,
and
bee's,

will fly
far away
from
the Daisy's,
and
Daffodil's -

Summer's
gone -

Autumn
is
here!!!
