Thanks, Kai. So common, it seems like everyone has something whether or not they know it. Seems like when people speak life to their bodies they can heal or at least slow down the process of destruction. Then again we need to care for ourselves in other ways too like exercise and eating fresh foods (living cells for living cells). Peace.

Yeah, seems people tend to get an autoimmune disease after going through super stressful times in life, times that they don't want to exist. Seems the body listens to what the mind thinks it wants. But then again diet and other factors play a big role too. Our gut linings get holes punched in them from all the pesticides and junk foods and the anti-nutrients in grains. If you go organic and soak or sprout grains it helps a lot. I tried doing the autoimmune paleo diet and I felt great, but it is super hard to be that strict. Poetic hugs.
