Autism Is a Gift
Maximillian lives in his own universe
beyond the stretch or reach of others
his family recognizes his magic-ness
others attempt to fix him
to change him
to un-Max him
His family will not allow it
Autism is a gift
it makes him unique
makes him more theirs
they chase off the ignorant
Encouraging Maximillian to live his truth
on his pink moon
in his own cosmos
where God placed him
