Another day to live and learn.
Another moment to my memorie burns.
Another hour, the minutes tick away-
I wonder what lesson I might learn today.
I wonder what thoughts will surface and if I'll be O.K.-(?)
Before my eyes, pieces play of another lifetime.
Seems so long ago-
Old pictures to remind me of why I had to let go-
The pain still resides here;
There's still this hole in my soul....
I'll never forget them or how I missed them grow...
I hope my next Lifetime, the choices I can better choose-
Because this time around,
All that was precious,
I chose to lose....
