Attention

To pay attention, this is our endless and proper work. – Mary Oliver

Attention –
disguised generosity,
rare and pure

gift of desire.
No desire, no gift;
but, depuis mon enfance,

Simone said,
she longed for, desired endlessly
the wordless in wordless infancy.
