At Year's End
As the year draws to a close
It is time to audit the accounts
And settle debts:
Write the overdue letter,
Fulfill the promise,
Tie up loose ends,
Wipe the slate
Of nagging shoulds.

Revel in life’s abundance,
Gather your blessings,
Step without fear
In the path
Of new adventures.
