At Last Is the Silence Who Decides

The idea
expresses itself, speaks,
for its peculiar waves...
sounds in words
  by eloquence
of the throats...
It has tremendous importance,
but it doesn't decide anything...
The silence, stilled in itself
everything hears,
investigates, ponders,
and who is finally
have the final word !
 silence decides... !
