At Every Age

What should be effortless
  with luck at best exhausting
Movements once involuntary
  screaming cramps now costing

At every age there comes a blessing
  or so the preachers say
  Perhaps then mine is that
I curse the night and then the day

Growing older and old is not for sissy's Youth is wasted on the young and wealth is wasted on the old - just something I heard been said and maybe not too relevant but the fist part we could do with a little of and the 2nd, well older people's millions can get them whatever medical care they need, like a residential physiotherapist to oil creaky joints. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Hope that the resonating (with your knees and hips) has quieted down already, and that warm spring breezes will act as a balm, Janice. Cheers, Gershon

While it's easy to complain about an ache or some pain, let's start the day -- There's what to gain! Thanks for your support, Anselmo. Cheers, Gershon
