At Ease With Release
We
are here
within void
as awareness
centred everywhere,
ensouling mind body,
for earth life experience.
However attention stagnates,
deadening our inner sentience,
thereby limiting reach of consciousness.
Permanent happiness, found in release,
flowing without pausing, like the breeze.
Equal then through both rise and fall,
essence of presence unstained
renews the throb of bliss,
within heart glowing,
one with the flow
each moment,
vibrant
joy.
