Assurance

A beast I’d slay,
To pave our way.
This love, I say,
Will triumph, all the way.
All cost I’d pay,
In haste, no delay,
I’d bark, I’d neigh,
My stress goes not astray.
Like mud or clay,
We’re inseparable each day.
Like eggs on a tray,
You’re delicate, to this day.
Let it flow, let it stay
Let it grow, don’t give it away.
It’s a blow, don’t be in dismay,
Is it not our love, our way?
