Ashes To Dust

ashes to dust she blew me a kiss it waited through the air dead to the world begrudgingly and spiteful ... her kiss it rode on a carpet of hate lingering like on it's last ride with no interest at all i see her laughing laughing her eyes venomous looking past me like she always does i see her kiss coming towards me so phantom, pretentious i see ashes and dust i look back at her my eyes water, blink can it be? for i escaped ... i see a mountain erupting, it's top spewing lava ... ashes and dust connie pachecho 3/26/17 fun one
