Ashes

Spiral slipping sun is rising Crashing backward falling sideways Rain is dripping on my face. You pull I push Pocket full of posies We all fall down. Clouds gathering thunder is collapsing Sinking down holding the ground Taste the salt in my mouth. You reach I fall Rings around Roses float Into ashes. Fire igniting world is burning Leaping through smashing up My eyes are closing. Ring around the Roses Pocket full of Posies. Ashes. Ashes. We all fall down. 12.25.2009
