As You Pass By
I want to get a little closer to you
To do this would be wonderful
I notice your eyes, theyre blue
i realize im so vulnerable
But this is what it takes
The scary vulnerability
My world, it shakes
With constant instability
I hope this wont scare you off
I hope you dont see the bad side
Eventhough i am not tough
I hope its to you that i glide
Its a funny thing
seeing someone new
You just want to sing
To make them see you
But i dont do this
For i dont even know your name
We pass without a kiss
But i will never feel the same
I feel i should write more
About the first time i saw
Shes my love as im sure ive said before
I look to her and am dazzled with awe
