As We Celebrate Our King

Haste, for his majesty returns. Open the gates and prepare the feast. No longer the heart yearns. He will pour out his riches on the greatest and the least. Proclaim this joyous day to the old and young. Tell it to tribes, kindred, and to all in every tongue. He fought foreign powers, proving to be the best. He has earned his righteous glory and long rest. May he reign in his kingdom With the righteous heart inside his chest. Let us write our songs and sing them. Sing from the roof; sing from the mountain; sing from the top ladder rung. A brand new age has emerged under the sun. Bring him gifts; laude him well, he has conquered East and West. His mighty army never second guessed. Note the songs and sing them. Celebrate our kingdom so blessed. Let us write our songs and sing them.
