As Per a Gene

Asparagine
Is ever so mean
Spreading breast cancer
All over the scene

Researchers said
Asperagus fed
Cancer cell spread
'Til patients were dead

Forget the greens
And fill up on beans
You know what that means
So map out latrines

Vegans like Susie
Are known to be choosey
Beans make them woozy
& Hops are too boozy

Harken to doctors
Our Grand Concoctors
Whose bank account soars
When you open their doors

Now Mardi Gras
Is one day away
Asparagus passé
Enjoy Beaujolais!
